We are a Sheffield based company that covers Sheffield, Barnsley and Rotherham giving you a new approach to Property Lettings and Management.

The service we provide is tailored to the individual needs of the landlord. In essence we seek to provide you with a complete service which allows the owner of a rented property to go about their business without having to concern themselves about the day to day management of a tenancy.

As our principal owner is himself a property investor, we pride ourselves on taking the more common sense approach to property letting, which having a structured system which filters out any potential bad tenants and means your investments are in good hands.

Our Team

Principal: Craig Goddard
With over 20 years experience in the property maintenance business I have the knowledge to resolve many problems without the need or cost of employing expensive contractors. If contractors are required I have negotiated excellent rates with many local companies. I also have my own portfolio worth around £1.6 million and have been involved with lettings for the last 5 years.

I started The Property Letting Shop as an alternative to main stream agents as I believe many landlords and tenants do not get value for money or the service they deserve. My aim is to guide landlords to provide high quality accommodation which will result in a much more profitable and easy experience

Account Manager: Susan Hooley
Sue joined us earlier this year bringing many years of experience having managed a finance business with a turnover in excess of £5 million a year. Sue has also owned and managed properties of her own so she is now an integral part of our team.

Faye Clift: Property Manager
As the latest addition to our team Faye comes to us from a background of running her own business so brings a wealth of experience. Faye's history also extends to having involvement in her families Property business including commercial and residential properties. Faye also hopes to start her own portfolio in the near future as with all of our staff property is our passion.
